ComfortDelGro Driving Centre (CDC) started operations in April 1996 with a humble fleet of six motorcars. Through far-sighted planning, technological innovation and sound investment, CDC propelled its reputation and profitability into a full-fledged centre for comprehensive motoring education.
CDC today commands a fleet of about 200 motorcars and motorbikes with a comprehensive range of high quality services and outstanding facilities.
These include:
- Wireless Learner Progress Monitoring System - wireless technology which utilises the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to manage and shorten learner drivers' learning curve
- Introduction of a scientific assessment tool (VigilVanguard system) where instructors are able to pinpoint the driving habits of experienced drivers in an objective manner
- The six-axle state-of-the-art Motorcycle Simulator
- Interactive computer-based training
