The Refresher Course is aimed at drivers who have not driven for a number of years, and want to refresh their driving skills for better road safety. Obtaining a driving license is only the beginning of a long-term experience in motoring. There is still so much to learn on the behaviour and attitudes of other road users and the correct principles of driving. The Motorcar Refresher Course is specially designed to improve the participants driving skills, confidence and making them Safe and Socially Responsible Drivers.
Enrolment Requirements
A Qualified Class 3/3A Singapore Driver’s License.
Mentally and physically fit such as not suffering from any eye disease(s) such as colour deficiency, epilepsy, mental disorder, sudden attack of giddiness or any disability, illness or physical condition which is likely to cause the driving of a motorcar or the riding of a motorcycle to be a source of danger to the public.
Must not have any class(s) of Qualified Singapore Driving License under revocation, disqualification or suspension.
Applicants above the age of 65 or pregnant drivers must produce a certified doctor's letter stating that he/she is fit for driving during the period of training.

Practical Lessons
The duration of each lesson is 100 minutes.
Additional lessons can be arranged for further skill enhancement & knowledge.
You are required to bring along your Familiarisation Course card and original Identity Card (photocopies will not be accepted) for every lesson. A valid Qualified Class 3/3A Singapore Driver’s Licence MUST BE PRODUCED for every training lesson.
Cancellation of Practical Lessons
Cancellation of any Practical Lesson must be made at least 2 working days (48 working hours - not inclusive of Public Holidays) in advance.
Cancellation of Practical Lessons must be made in person at the Customer Service Centre counters.
Cancellations on the grounds of last minute or emergency cases including Medical Leave will not be entertained. No cancellation will be accepted on Public Holiday or when the centre is closed. If the practical lessons fall on the day after a Public Holiday or when the centre is closed, cancellation must be made not less than 48 working hours.
The amount paid for the duly successfully cancelled lesson, less any applicable cancellation charge(s), will be used to re-schedule lessons. No cancellation charge(s) will be imposed on the Learner so long as the total number of lessons cancelled does not exceed 18 times for the first year of enrolment.
Every learner is entitled to 18 Cancellation Counts, once you exceed your cancellation counts, $5.35 will be levied for every subsequent cancellation.
