Test Date Booking
You can book your theory test dates online now! Please ensure that you are fully prepared for the test before you make any booking.
* Note :
If you are a public learner who has a valid account with CDC, you may book your theory test online by logging in with your User ID and Password. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to make your theory test booking.
If you are a public learner who does not have an account with CDC, you need to come down personally to the Admin Service Centre to make your theory test booking.
Cancellation of Theory test dates
With effect from 1 October 2008, there will be NO REFUND of test fee for any cancellation of your test date by you. You are allowed to book for one test only. No multiple bookings of tests across the test centres is allowed. Any multiple bookings of test will be cancelled and no refund of the test fees will be made. Please ensure compliance before you confirm your booking.
IMPORTANT NOTICE (THEORY & / OR PRACTICAL TESTS)
- You must produce your ORIGINAL IDENTITY CARD / PASSPORT for identification purpose.
- Foreigners must produce ORIGINAL PASSPORT AND EMPLOYMENT PASS / IMMIGRATION PASS.
- LATECOMER will not be allowed to sit for the test.
- NO DUPLICATE bookings of test date.

- Document to bring:
- NRIC/Passport (Local) & Provisional Driving License(PDL)
- WP/EP & Passport (Foreigner) & Provisional Driving License(PDL)
- Mode of payment: Nets or Cashcard
- Operating Hours:
Mon-Fri :8.30am to 7pm (Customer Service Counter 9)
Sat & Sun :8.30am to 12pm (Customer Service Counter 9)
