Before applying for a Singapore driving licence, you are required to pass the Basic Theory Test.  Please bring the following documents when you enroll personally for a Basic Theory Test:

• Valid Passport and NRIC / Entry Permit / Employment Pass / Dependent Pass / Social Visit Pass / Work Permit, etc (whichever is applicable)
  
•  Payment via NETS or Cashcard only
