MOTORCYCLE - CLASS 2
Enrolment Pre-Requisites
CLASS 2 — MOTORCYCLES EXCEEDING 400CC
- Must be at least 20 years old.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Learner holding other valid licence class: Not accumulated more than 12 demerit points under the Driver Improvement Point System (DIPS).
- Must possess a valid Class 2A licence for at least one year from date of grant of licence.
- Applicants above the age of 65 or pregnant riders must produce a certified doctor’s letter stating that he/she is fit for riding during the period of training.

Practical Lessons & Session Timings
- A minimum of 3 practical stages is required.
- The duration of each lesson is 100 minutes.
- Only one practical lesson may be booked at any one time.
- Helmet (open face/ modular motorcycle helmet with clear visor and PSB approved sticker), Gloves, Knee & Elbow Guards must be worn for every lesson.
- Proper attire – no shorts, slippers/ sandals are allowed.
- A Final Evaluation will be conducted by the centre to prepare you for your Riding Test.
- You are required to bring along your Training Record Book and valid Qualified Class 2A Singapore Riding Licence for every lesson.
- Learners who do not produce a valid Qualified Class 2A Singapore Riding Licence will not be allowed to attend practical lesson training.

Booking Of Practical Lessons
Booking of Practical Lessons can be made via:

Only one practical lesson may be booked at any one time.
No cancellation or postponement is allowed for Circuit Revision Lessons.
Motorcycle Learners who are more than 15 minutes late for their practical lessons will not be allowed to proceed for their lessons to minimise disruption to other learners as lessons will start punctually.
Lesson fee paid will not be refunded. Learners are advised to come early and be punctual for their lessons.
Cancellation of Practical Lessons
Cancellation of Practical Lessons can be made via:

Cancellation of any Practical Lesson must be made at least 2 working days (48 working hours – not inclusive of Public Holidays) in advance.
Cancellations on the grounds of last minute or emergency cases including Medical Leave will not be alloowed. No cancellation will be accepted on Public Holiday or when the centre is closed. If the practical lessons fall on the day after a Public Holiday or when the centre is closed, cancellation must be made not less than 48 working hours in advance.
The amount paid for the duly successfully cancelled lesson, less any applicable cancellation charge(s), will be credited back to the Learner’s Store Value Account. No cancellation charge(s) will be imposed on the Learner so long as the total number of lessons cancelled does not exceed 18 times for the first year of enrolment.
Every learner is entitled to 18 Cancellation Counts, once you exceed your cancellation counts, $5.35 will be levied for every subsequent cancellation.
No cancellation or postponement is allowed for Circuit Revision Lessons and Re-training session.

- 1 recent passport-size photograph.
- Student Pass, Work Permit or Employment Pass and Passport (for foreigners only).
- Valid qualified riding licence for Class 2A when applying for Class 2.
Photocopies will not be accepted.
