MOTORCAR CLASS 3/3A
1. ENROLMENT
Under the Road Traffic Act, you have to be at least 18 years old (based on date of birth) before you can drive a motorcar.
2. THEORY RESOURCES / EVIDEOS
All school learners are entitled to online e-learning, e-trial tests access to mock test papers and classroom theory lessons. For more details, please refer to our course information page.
3. BOOKING & CANCELLATION OF PRACTICAL LESSONS
Booking of Practical Lessons can be made via the:
- Mobile app
- Online booking portal
Learner drivers are advised to book practical lessons in advance.
A valid Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) is required before the commencement of every road-training lesson.
4. BOOKING & CANCELLATION OF TRAFFIC POLICE TESTS
You can book your theory test online through our booking portal once you have enrolled with us with a valid eyesight test record. You may enrol as a school or private learner, either online or at our Customer Service Centre. Do note that the cancellation or refund of the theory test fee is not allowed once it has been booked.

MOTORCYCLE – CLASS 2B / 2A / 2
1. ENROLMENT
Under the Road Traffic Act, you have to be at least 18 years old (based on date of birth) before you can ride a motorcycle.
2. THEORY RESOURCES
For Class 2B learners, there are seven compulsory theory lessons.
For Class 2A learners, there is one compulsory theory lesson.

3. BOOKING & CANCELLATION OF LESSONS
You may book your practical lessons online through our booking portal.
For Class 2B learners, a valid Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) is required before Lesson 6 (Road Training) can be booked.
Only one practical lesson may be booked at any one time. Circuit Revision Lessons are not allowed to be cancelled or postponed.
3.4. BOOKING & CANCELLATION OF TRAFFIC POLICE TESTS
You have to complete two compulsory Basic Theory Lessons and pass your Internal Evaluation before you are allowed to book the Traffic Police Basic Theory Test.
You will be able to book the Basic Theory Test online through our booking portal.

PROVISIONAL DRIVING LICENCE (PDL)
For Class 3/3A learners, you may apply for your Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) upon passing your Basic Theory Test and before you start driving lessons on public roads.
For Class 2B learners, you may apply for your PDL upon completing your Circuit Orientation and passing your Basic Theory Test; and before you book Lesson 6 of public road training.

FOREIGN LICENCE CONVERSION
If you wish to convert your valid Foreign Driving Licence to a valid Singapore Driving Licence, you are required to pass the Basic Theory Test and apply for the conversion in person at the Traffic Police Test counter at 10 Ubi Avenue 3, Singapore 408865.

TRAFFIC POLICE SAFE DRIVING COURSE (SDC) & DRIVER IMPROVEMENT POINT SYSTEM (DIPS) COURSE
SAFE DRIVING COURSE (SDC)
The SDC course was implemented as an enhancement to its Driver Improvement Points System (DIPS). The SDC is designed to educate motorists on safe driving techniques, correct dangerous driving behaviour and encourage good road habits.
Upon successful completion of SDC, four demerit points will be expunged from the motorists’ driving records.
DRIVER IMPROVEMENT POINT SYSTEM (DIPS) COURSE
Driver Improvement Points System (DIPS) was introduced to identify and rehabilitate drivers to improve their driving behaviours on the roads with incentives to expunge their demerit points and previous suspension record as well as remission of suspension period.
If they take and pass the retraining course, their suspension period will be given a remission.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ONLINE LESSONS
1) Learners must have a valid booking to join the meetings.
2) For authentication and security purposes, learners are required to sign in Zoom.
3) Please join using full name as per enrolment to facilitate attendance marking. Attendance is marked based on the name used in the meeting. If using Alias name, please add [Learner ID] beside it.
4) Learners should also attend the lesson from a location with good internet connection. Once admitted, please:
- Click Join Audio
- Click Start Video
- Click Participants (Find your name and rename if necessary)
5) Learners are to have a device with a working camera and microphone that is able to support Zoom. It is compulsory to enable camera to show your presence (minimally face visible on screen) Your active participation is expected.
6) To enable a good learning experience for all learners,
CDC will remove learners from the Online lesson under the below circumstances
- Learners who are driving or riding in an unsafe situation
- Learners who are late for more than 15 minutes
- Learners whom are non-responsive for more than 10 minutes
- Learners whose camera is off
- Learners who cannot be seen for more than 10 minutes
- Learners who are abusive or disrupt the class
For learners who are removed from the online lesson, we regret that no refund will be given.
Also, learners may have to enrol for the course again.
